The Club has agreed to support the Krizevac Project, which sends used inner tubes to Africa for up-cycling.

All the tubes are sent to Malawi where their tailors turn them into wallets, phone cases etc. The
products are then purchased back from the producers and then sent back to sell in the UK. All profits pay for further containers to Malawi as well as orphan care in their children's centre.

Andy Quinlan will be collecting old inner tubes and sending them to the Project’s UK HQ on a regular basis. He will place a notification on the club Facebook page when he is collecting, but he can also be contacted via the club Website, the Facebook page or by email to wellywheelers@gmail.com

Please note that tubes should be dry and should not have been stored outside, and that ‘Slime’ tubes cannot be used.
